I can completely recommend this apartment. It's most likely one of the most modern and well-equipped flats you'll see in Lisbon. It's located close to the metro station Saldanha, many supermarkets and restaurants. You can go by foot to IST and Nova University. I stayed in this flat for more than 5 months and never regretted it!

The kitchen was a really nice place to be and we shared really good moments there with the other roommates! It was a little bit cold in winter but still very nice. My bedroom was also really good! The only thing is that the apartment is not very well isolated so you can easily hear your roommates or the neighbours.

Nice, tidy, modern room, exactly as shown in the photographs. Perfect location very close to Instituto Superior Técnico, and Saldanha metro station with a couple supermarkets nearby (....) The room may be a little bit on the expensive side, but weekly cleaning of the room is included and for a small extra charge you can also have your bed linen and towels changed weekly. The common areas have everything you need and they are also cleaned twice a week. Overall, a great place to stay and I can definitely recommend it!

Accomodation provider: Friendly, easily approachable (very quick replies) and helpful landlord. Even let me stay an extra night when I had a problem moving into my next accommodation!

In relation to the house, it will first be of great value the work of both Luisa and those who deal with cleaning. The first day I entered the house, I was very scared, but it was not long before it disappeared, because the house is even better in real "life" than in the photographs. (….) For all those who want to live a year without problems and in a wonderful apartment this option will be the best, no margin for doubts!!!

Accomodation provider: About Luisa, what I have to say is that she is fantastic, in every respect. She was always available, for everything!! (….) It was a pleasure to experience this with her.

Luísa and Sohpia are truly nice landlords. Contact could be made easily and were answered in most cases very quickly. Once there were some problems with the internet but it was solved really fast thanks to the reaction of the landlord.

Accomodation provider: Absolutely nice and modern rooms, also shared areas very nice and tidy (the kitchen is great!!). Cleaning service for shared areas was deluxe. Room is absolutely like on the pictures. The location is great because you are fast at the city centre but also fast at universities (ISCTE, IST, NOVA) and well situated to easily reach yellow, red and green metro lines. Saldanha is a great neighbourhood as well. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic stuff but could be upgraded a bit (bowls, mixer, water boiler, grater). Only thing you have to get used to at the beginning: there are some dogs in the courtyard which bark quite loud, sometimes also at night... but not a severe problem 😉 Yup, definitely recommended!

The apartment is well located and its very nice. The only question about the room is that there is a single bed, not a double one. But it has anything that we need.

Accomodation provider: It was a pleasure meeting Luisa. She and Sofia were very helpful and ready to anything needed.

Like: - One of the newest/cleanest places I have seen in Lisbon. Everything in the apartment is brand new - Location is perfect for IST students (takes you 5 minutes to get to class) - Area is quiet/clean/safe - Everything needed for daily life is really close (Supermarkets/Pharmacy/Restaurants/Transportation) Don't Like: - Noise from the other rooms or apartment above can be really loud - Since everything is new, the apartment does not have the charm of a typical cosy student apartment (but that's a matter of taste)

Accomodation provider: Very approachable, answers to E-Mails on the same day. Most things are taken care of within short time.

The flat is totally new, modern and there are supermarkets and transports all around ! Enough space in each room, this apartment is a very good surprise!!!

The place is indeed as the pictures show, nice lighting, new furniture, very good mattress, everything is clean and in its own place. Also, a very good environment with roommates from several different countries. I would say it´s the perfect place to go through your university years or your Erasmus! 🙂

Accomodation provider: Luísa was always very flexible with us in the check-in`s and check out´s, taking special care of different situations, and always trying to come agreements that would make our experience more enjoyable. She was also very reachable and helpful; the communication is 5 stars! 🙂

This apartment is very beautiful, has all the comforts a student can think of. I would really advise it!

It is the perfect location, very close to IST as well as the metro station Saldanha. The apartment is new and clean. It is a bit of noise from the neighbours and the street because of poor isolation. The room was exactly like the pictures, and the bathrooms were very nice.

Nice room; big and light, and the ensuite bathroom is great with a shower, toilet and sink. Spacious apartment which has everything you need, including all modern appliances. Fantastic location in Lisbon, close to supermarkets, public transport, and other amenities, and very well connected to the whole city by metro and bus.
